Pointeuse is an open-source, native time tracker for Odoo, the simplest possible surface over a powerful but overwhelming ERP. Say which task you are on, get a gentle reminder, switch with a click, and the time lands in Odoo as proper timesheets behind the scenes. It lives in the system tray, handles check in / check out, and keeps working offline by caching everything in SQLite and syncing when the connection returns. Built with Tauri 2, a Rust backend, and a zero-framework vanilla JS frontend, it ships for Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android. MIT licensed.

Odoo is a powerful ERP, but its full interface can overwhelm an everyday user who just wants to record what they worked on, and that friction is real even inside a company. It is also a demonstration that integrating with Odoo is easy: a native desktop and Android app that talks to any Odoo over XML-RPC with no server module, works offline, and handles attendance.
